General information

Innosei® PCD is a liquid compound and provides multifunctional properties in the personal care products. It is a combination of pentylene glycol, caprylyl glycol and decylene glycol and could be a best alternative to traditional preservatives that may be undesirable.

Application

  • Innosei® PCD is typically used within a concentration of 0.5-1.5% and could be used in various products: cream, lotion, liquid, cleaning, wet wipes, make up and etc.
  • Innosei® PCD is effective within a wide pH range and at a temperature up to 100°C. It could be added to the formula before or after the emulsification.
  • Innosei® PCD is compatible with most of surfactant types and preservative actives.
